Whidbey Island Immersion
Coupeville, Washington
September 30 - October 5, 2026
A retreat for women.
Uninterrupted time to explore change and define what comes next.
A coastal retreat intentionally set on the Puget Sound with views of the Olympic and North Cascades Mountain Ranges, Mount Baker and Mount Rainer.
Our retreat offers time, space, and thoughtful support to step away from the day-to-day and focus on what’s next. The pace is unhurried. The group is intentionally small. Facilitation and coaching are present and lightly guided.
You are aligned with this immersion.
This is the perfect retreat immersion for you if you’re a woman sensing change and want time and support to explore what’s next. You want small group engagement, an unhurried pace, and professional facilitation that is present but light. You want a clear framework to identify insights and tools to explore options. You want to depart with a grounded sense of direction, accountability, and continued support.
The Salt+Grit Experience.
Jennifer, founder of Salt+Grit, guides the experience with care and presence, meeting guests where they are in both their personal and professional lives. Her approach combines empathy with clear thinking, challenging questions, and structured reflection. She earned a MS in Strategic Design and Global Leadership and holds certifications in Outsmarting Implicit Bias and Leader as Coach. The entire Salt+Grit team is highly credentialed while embodying a gentle, empathetic approach supporting our guests.
One private coaching session to translate insight into exploration and direction.
Protected focus time built into the schedule for exploration, discovery, and decisions.
Light facilitation in a small group for women to think out loud, be heard, and sharpen ideas without performance.
A simple “re-entry” plan for clarity and momentum to continue when the group returns home.
Post-retreat group coaching to support accountability and continuity.
Our framework.

Ebey’s Landing State Park
Salt+Grit secured a full buyout of the historic lodge accommodations. Our guests will have sole access to the upstairs guest rooms, cozy gathering nooks, and amenities.
“Standing stalwart as if a ship run aground, the historic lodge is the heart of Captain Whidbey — its stone fireplace the gathering place of the grounds and the center from which all warmth of Captain Whidbey radiates. The coveted and cozy Historic Lodge rooms take on the air of a secret clubhouse up above the ship’s fray. Virtually unchanged from 1907, the traditions too remain. Shared bathrooms, creaky floorboards and the occasional glass clinking from the tavern below. The rooms are rustic, for our most adventurous guests, with views of Penn Cove or our exquisite flower garden. The Historic Lodge is older than any human being on Earth. Respect her. Amenities include intimate lounging, herbal sleep aids and a curated library of inspirational and classic sea tales, useful local guides and the best of Whidbey Island history.” - Captain Whidbey Lodge
