Her approach combines empathy with clear direction, challenging questions, and structured reflection.

Gifford Pinchot National Forest - Packwood, WA

A three-day private event intensive curated specifically for a group of eight leadership professionals. Each guest brings a unique challenge to solve. The intensive program utilizes human-centered design principles to guide participants through reflection, dismantling of barriers, and ideating. Our all-inclusive multi-day intensive in Packwood, WA, includes a four-mile guided lake hike in the stunning Gifford Pinchot National Forest.
